Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MillionScan (“Service”), operated at millionscan.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

MillionScan is a data analytics platform that scores and surfaces public on-chain perpetual futures trader performance. The Service provides trader rankings, performance statistics, alert notifications, and related analytical tools for informational and research purposes only. Trader identities are anonymized using randomly generated public identifiers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using MillionScan, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must use a strong password of at least 12 characters and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, trading, or tax advice. All data, scores, rankings, statistics, and analytical outputs are provided strictly for informational purposes. MillionScan does not recommend or endorse any trading strategy, trader, or financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult qualified financial advisors before making any financial commitments.

5. Data Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, on-chain data may contain delays, gaps, or inaccuracies. Trader scores and statistics are calculated algorithmically based on available on-chain data and may not reflect real-time conditions, actual performance, or complete trading history. Data quality varies by source and is indicated by quality badges where available. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We make no warranty regarding the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data presented.

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

MillionScan offers a free tier for individual web access and a paid Elite tier with advanced features. Elite access is available through Elite NFT ownership, admin grant, or a paid API subscription that bundles Elite as part of the plan.

Pricing and billing window. The paid API subscription is $89 USD per 30 calendar days. Payment is one-time per window — there is no automatic recurrence and no stored payment instrument. Renewal is initiated manually by the customer; renewals stack onto the existing window so the customer never loses paid-for time when topping up early.

Payment processor. Payments are processed by NOWPayments. We accept USDC on Solana (and the other crypto pay options NOWPayments exposes) as denominated against the USD price at invoice creation time. Prices are denominated in USD and may be updated with reasonable notice for new invoices.

Invoice expiration and refunds. Each invoice has an expiration window set by NOWPayments; failing to complete payment within that window voids the transaction and no charge is applied. Once a payment settles on-chain and the invoice reaches the “finished” state, the transaction is final and non-refundable. If you believe a payment was processed in error, contact us at the email below within 7 days and include the transaction hash and invoice reference; we will investigate, but we make no guarantee of refund.

Failed or expired access. Paid API access remains active until the expiration timestamp recorded at activation time. After that timestamp the account automatically reverts to the free tier; the previously issued API key continues to exist in the customer's settings panel but rejects new requests with HTTP 402 until the customer renews.

7. API Access and Usage

API key security. An API key is a bearer credential. You are solely responsible for keeping your key confidential and for any usage that occurs under it. Do not commit keys to source control, embed them in client-side bundles, or share them publicly. If you suspect a key has leaked, revoke it immediately from Settings → API Access and issue a new one.

Rate limits. Requests are subject to per-key rate limits enforced server-side: 60 requests per minute and 5,000 per day on the REST surface, with separate limits on WebSocket connections (10 concurrent per key) and messages (500 per minute per key). Requests exceeding these limits return HTTP 429 (REST) or specific WebSocket close codes. The limits exist to protect platform stability for all users; sustained or coordinated attempts to bypass them are grounds for suspension under §10 (Prohibited Use).

Permissible use. The API exposes a read-only data feed. The data is licensed for use within your own internal software, research notebooks, monitoring dashboards, and analytical tools. You retain full ownership of any software you build on top of the API.

Restrictions. You may not (a) resell, sublicense, or redistribute the API data as a standalone product or feed; (b) reverse engineer the scoring methodology, ranking logic, or curation criteria; (c) use the API to build a competing trader-data service; or (d) circumvent any rate limit, authentication mechanism, or payment gate. Aggregated insights derived from the data and used inside your own software are not subject to (a) — distribution of the underlying data is.

No execution, no custody. MillionScan does not execute trades, custody funds, place orders, or operate any trading service. The API does not return wallet addresses, exchange identities, or any other personally identifying information about traders — only the stable anonymised public_id. Any execution, copy-trading, or automation built on the data is your own software running against your own venues; MillionScan does not advise on, signal, or endorse any trading decision.

8. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time from the Settings page. You have 30 days to cancel a deletion request. After 31 days from the request, your account and all associated data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, scoring algorithms, and analytical methodologies on MillionScan are the intellectual property of MillionScan and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service or its outputs without prior written consent. Automated scraping, data harvesting, or systematic downloading of content is prohibited.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (d) use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns; (e) resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the data provided through the Service without authorization; or (f) impersonate another person or entity.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MillionScan and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MillionScan, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
